Kiwi software- syslog and many other useful utilities

Sourceforge - THE opensource exchange on the internet, including NTsyslog

Woodstone - providers of Servers Alive

MDaemon - great mail server. We actually front Groupwise with this, avoiding putting the Corporate system in the DMZ, and unless you store the user accounts on Mdaemon, you only need 5 user licences when used in this way even if you have hundreds of Groupwise accounts. I'm sure this works just as well for Exchange etc. It does mean that you can have all e-mails scanned (Kaspersky add-in), Spam assassin, name aliasing, superior logging, bandwidth throttling per domain, tar pitting, rules etc etc. Go download a 30 day version !

NOD32 - seemed to have had a baptism of fire when introducing version 2, but very fast and accurate scanner. Virus signature downloads generally still ok for the 25 percent of the world that hasn't got fast links ... still on modems around here, but many virus checkers/sites seem to have forgotten that !

Planet Source code - home to many code snippets etc that have helped me with some of my systems

ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library - don't be put off by the name this is a very good Service Management best practice ! Sysop are excellent trainers for all ITIL areas.

Supportworks - innovative and highly configurable Service/help desk system we use

Also some personal sites

Outersight - provision of specialist camera solutions in remote situations

Jo Whitney - pastel and oil painter

Ian Barlow - pastel artist amongst many talents
